Professional Good Standing
(Certificate of current Professional Status)

Die Gastoperateure müssen das Professional Good Standing in dem Land, in dem sie überwiegend ärztlich tätig sind, beantragen. Das Landesprüfungsamt (LPA) akzeptiert nur Englisch oder Deutschsprachige Zertifikate, bzw. beglaubigte Übersetzungen in englischer oder deutscher Sprache.

Das LPA akzeptiert das Professional Good Standing nur, wenn es von der örtlichen Ärztekammer (General Medical Council, Medical Chamber, Ministry of Health) ausgestellt wurde und nicht älter als 12 Wochen ist.

Das „Professionelle Führungszeugnis“ bescheinigt, dass:

• Gastoperateure ihr Medizinstudium erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben und ein Diplom besitzen.
• Gastoperateure eine Berufserlaubnis in einem Land besitzen.
• keine strafrechtlichen oder disziplinarischen Verfahren anhängig sind

Typische Sätze in einem Professional Good Standing:

• Qualification of Healthcare Professional
  The Surgeon holds a license as a Doctor of Medicine and is a specialized Doctor of Medicine.
• Registration Status
  The surgeon´s license to practice is neither revoked nor limited.
  The surgeon is not restricted, disqualified, or prohibited from practicing as a doctor.
